We provide high quality and affordable supervision services to BCBA and BCaBA candidates that supports supervisees to become effective practitioners. BCBA/BCaBA Supervision teaches BCBA/BCaBA candidates necessary skills to pass their certification exam and most importantly to work in the field.

HOW DOES IT WORK?
ENROLLMENT & PRE-WORK
We will meet to discuss the overview of the supervision program, curriculum, requirements and customize your individual experience. Review and sign the required supervision contract and schedule your first set of supervision meetings.
WEEKLY SUPERVISION MEETINGS
We will meet online weekly at a designated time. Meetings will consist of: terminology review, ABA history, and concepts according to the BACB Task List, discussion & review of research articles, discussion, review, and feedback of assignments and videotaped/in-person sessions.
VIDEO REVIEWS
Candidate will provide video samples of work implementation. These videos will be reviewed at least 2 times per month (in order to meet BACB requirements of 2 supervisor observations per month).
WHAT DOES IT COST?
In-person supervision working 1:1 with clients from Learning Pathways DC – free!
Remote supervision – the hourly rate for supervision is $60 per hour, however packages for 6.5 hours per month are $350.
Per the BACB, for supervised independent fieldwork, you need a total of 2,000 hours fieldwork hours, 100 of which are meeting directly with your supervisor. If you gain all hours possible per month, this will equal 1.5-2 hours per week (for 30 fieldwork hours), which would be a total of 6.5 hours per month (for 130 fieldwork hours).
*BACB requires supervision equal to at least 5% of your fieldwork hours each month*
